We are very excited to announce our $40 introductory month offer to NEW students! Rather than only one week to get acquainted with our studio, all the classes we offer, and the close knit community we've built here at MYNY, new students will have a whole month to reap these benefits.
If you are purchasing a class pass at the studio this month, you will notice that our prices have changed slightly- it’s true, not even we Yogis can escape the effects of HST! For the past couple of months, we have experimented with allowing all students to call ahead to pre-register for evening and weekend classes. This has been met with mixed reviews, so July will be the last month for call-ins. Come August, we will be offering our students who have Auto-Renew Monthly passes ONLY to pre-register for classes ONLINE. Stay tuned for more details in the next few weeks!
Beginning the first weekend in July, our regular beginner’s workshop at 1:30pm on Saturdays will now be a 1 hour Moksha class instead. And our Moksha class on Sundays, at 1:30pm, will be what we are now calling a “Moksha Workshop.” We encourage new students as well as those who have been practising for a while to come out on a Sunday and try this class- a great opportunity to learn or brush up on the foundations of the Moksha series, and sure to enhance your experience in all our classes at MYNY!

Commit to a more regular practice by signing up for a year, and you'll pay only $108 a month. If after 4 months, you want to opt out of this plan, no problem. Consider this offer motivation to renew or even deepen your commitment to your yoga practice. What do you have to lose? Please see us at reception for more details and registration.
We are offering a drop-in prenatal class every Sunday evening 8-9pm. Cost is $18, or you can purchase one of our class passes. Be sure to tell your pregnant friends, sisters, and wives about this awesome new addition!
Sometimes in class it can be difficult to pick out all the yoga gems that instructors are providing! These
posture tip videos, taught by Moksha teachers across Canada, allow for a closer look at how to move deeper
in feeling what a postures is all about. This info can then be taken right back into the hot room and infused
with breath for a whole new experience.

One of the central ideas in yoga philosophy is ‘ahimsa’ or ‘non-harming’. In the
Moksha community we work together to practice ahimsa toward the environment. If you’d like to join
us in this collective effort check out the monthly videos for some simple ideas on how to create less of
an environmental impact in day to day living.

The Energy Exchange Program at Moksha Yoga North York is unique and very special both to the studio and
the members of the energy exchange itself. It works like this: For 3 hours of volunteer work, same day
and time once a week, for unlimited classes. It's a great way to get to know your teachers and a good
way to get your foot in the door should you be interested in salaried positions as they arise. We do require
that applicants maintain a consistent yoga practice. If you are interested in this program please
